Product Introduction of Thrust Ball Bearings
The structural design of the thrust ball bearing is suitable for high-speed operation scenarios and can bear thrust loads. It is composed of a washer shaped ring with a steel ball rolling groove as a whole. The ring is in the shape of a cushion, and based on this, thrust ball bearings are divided into two types: flat bottomed cushion type and self-aligning spherical cushion type. This bearing is capable of bearing axial loads but does not have the ability to withstand radial loads.
Scope of Application
Thrust ball bearings are suitable for mechanical equipment that only bears unilateral axial loads and operates at low speeds. Typical applications include crane hooks, vertical water pumps, vertical centrifuges, jacks, low-speed reducers, etc. The shaft ring, seat ring, and rolling element of the bearing are of a separate structure, which can be disassembled and assembled separately
