Self aligning ball bearings, also known as self-aligning ball bearings, are a type of rolling bearing with a spherical outer raceway. They have automatic centering function and can compensate for errors caused by shaft deflection or different axial degrees of the support seat hole. The relative inclination between the inner and outer rings is allowed to not exceed 3 degrees. Its structure includes two types: cylindrical holes and conical holes. The retainer material is divided into steel plate stamping type and synthetic resin form. The main models include micro series (10x, 12x, 13x) and universal series (12xx, 13xx, 22xx, 23xx). This bearing can withstand large radial loads and certain axial loads, but is not suitable for pure axial load conditions. Models with dust covers or sealing rings are pre filled with lubricating grease during assembly, suitable for temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to+120 ℃, and do not require heating and cleaning before installation.
